Instantly display the key performance indicators for your company every time you enterintegraSoft WEB. Keep the information that is essential for running your business on a day to day basis close at hand. Choose between six categories of information. Select which categories should display for which managers.
Operational Highlights
- Sales: Display sales and gross profit for the current period and last period. Show the total number of past due shipments, open quotes, and unfilled customer back orders. Drill down on all past due shipments, open quotes, and unfilled customer back orders to view specific details.
- Purchasing: Display the total number of open purchase orders and late vendor shipments. Drill down on all open purchase orders and late vendor shipments to view specific details. Show incoming freight costs. Display the total number of products below their order point or minimum. List each individual product below its order point or minimum and the recommended purchase quantity.
- Accounts Receivable: Display the total receivables and COD receivables. Show the dollar value in aging periods 4 and 5. Display the daily gross sales for a selected date.
- Orders Below Order Margin: List the actual orders that fell below the acceptable order margin set by you.
- PO Receipts Past Due: List the actual PO numbers that are past due and the vendor with whom they were placed.
- GL Controlling Balances: Display the balances for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash, and Inventory.
