Automatic Task Scheduling
Keep on top of the information needed to run your business on a day-to-day basis. Schedule reports, functions, and custom functions to perform automatically. Print, e-mail or fax the output from the report or function directly to you for review.
Operational Highlights
- Define the date and time a report or function should run. Schedule the task to run on a one-time basis or a recurring daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Define the parameters under which the task should run. Should a report print for all customers or a select group of customers? Should the report include history for the current date or period only or for all dates or periods?
- Print, fax or e-mail the task to a specific printer, fax number, or e-mail address.
- View a list of tasks that have been scheduled by you or by all operators.
- View a list of tasks that have successfully completed. Find out if a task is overdue.
