Extensive Reporting Capabilities

Create reports for the following sales groups: sales representative, customer, customer type, customer class, territory, product category, vendor, product, product class, product type, warehouse, city, state, zip code, and shipping location. Choose the primary data content for the report, and then drill down one or two additional levels for detail on the primary selection. Over 1,500 potential data views are available.

Operational Highlights

• Create sales reports using “point and click” pages.
• Use flexible time parameters for reporting.
• Report on sales dollars, units, % of overall sales, % of overall units, cost, margin, margin %, and weight.
• Create transfers between warehouses in the same company or between warehouses in different companies.
• Filter the information that prints on reports. Select ranges, sort in ascending or descending order, enter a numeric value above or below which data should print, or suppress records based on a zero value.
• Print grand totals, primary group totals, and sub-group totals.
• Compare user-entered quota information or data from a previous period or year with current data.
• View data via output to a report or within the page viewer.
• Save report designs for future use.
