Branch Replenishment

Automatically replenish stock in your branch warehouses from a central warehouse. Generate a list of the items needed by your outlying warehouses, then use the “push”method to replenish branch inventory. Avoid overstocks in your branch warehouses by determining the correct stocking levels based on past usage.

Authorized Replenishment Path

Decide how each item in each warehouse should be stocked - from the vendor, from the central warehouse, or from another warehouse. Then let the system “tell” you when and where to transfer products. Track items transferred outside of their authorized replenishment path to make sure usage is recorded in the correct warehouse.

Operational Highlights

• Track surplus stock in each warehouse. Transfer surplus stock to warehouses to where it is most likely to sell. Avoid creating purchase orders to your vendors for stock you already have in your system.
• Set minimum and maximum purchasing controls for each product in each warehouse.
• Optionally, assign mark-up percentages for products transferred between two warehouses.
• Create transfers between warehouses in the same company or between warehouses in different companies.
• Easily track the status of each transfer. Has a transfer been shipped from the central warehouse? Has the transfer been received in the branch warehouse?
• Browse through the vendor file to view price and cost changes before you actually update your records.
• Track hazardous materials and automatically create the government-required forms for transport.
• Save journals in a paperless format for access at a later time.
