Full Integration

The Direct Deposit functionality is fully integrated with the Payroll module. Deposit payroll checks directly into employee bank accounts.

Operational Highlights

  • Easily enter all destination, originating, and settlement bank information.
  • Easily record all employee bank information including routing and transit numbers.
  • Allocate pay to multiple bank accounts for each employee.
  • Designate allocation to each bank account by a percentage of the total check or a flat amount.
  • Create the ACH file that is sent to the bank after each payroll run.
  • Initially create a Pre-note ACH file to test your direct deposit system setup before going “live.”
