Financial Statements

Are your company’s financial statement needs unique? Use the Statement Writer module in conjunction with General Ledger to design custom financial statements for your company and its departments. Produce statements with unique designs in either horizontal or vertical format. Accommodate a Chart of Accounts that cannot be handled by the standard gravity flow report method.

Operational Highlights

• Define the statement size, length of the page, and top and bottom margins.
• Choose the headings that should print on the report.
• Select the companies and departments that should appear on the report. Decide if the report should print in a consolidated format. Generate one spec file for use by multiple companies.
• Choose between detail and summary options.
• Specify the General Ledger accounts that should be included.
• Design up to 15 columns per report with total levels nine-deep.
• Set up computations and cross-column calculations. Create statements that incorporate ratios and percentages.
